Thanks for your brilliant perspective on the creative perils of AI. After our conversation a couple weeks ago, I started sharing your idea about the "creative space in between" and why it's important to maintain that process. Your article clearly helps visualize how important that space in between is to anyone who is a creator and the need to protect it.
Thanks John! Our conversation really had me thinking about that space, and why it feels sacred and needing protection. Love that you’re sharing that idea. The value of some things go beyond commerce and efficiency.
I love seeing this insightful perspective from an artist. AI is changing the world so quickly and it's scary to think of where it might lead. It would be tragic to lose the space between. Gorgeous painting, too!!
AI seduces with the promise of answers; but creativity (for me) is all about questions that provoke ever-deeper questions. This is so much of what my novel is about too!
Yes, Jenny! The questions that we answer for ourselves are the ones that hold the most meaning. Can't wait to read your novel. Popping the link here. :)
Love this exploration of the space between, and what's at stake, for creatives, artists, and everyone, with our choosing to outsource those tasks to AI.

Thanks Rob! The change is so big, so fast, it's crazy. We've barely had time to process! Let alone see the results of the changes. Yeah, pretty scary.

Thanks Zack! As we build the foundation of the future, we must be diligent! Our next generations depend on it.
